Despues de un rato funciona bien pero en otro rato funciona lento, vi en el administrador de tareas que el uso de disco duro esta en 100% por bastante tiempo y despues vuelve a su uso normal y hace pasa varias veces. Use el eset sacan online junto con el kapersky online y de nuevo pase las herramientas anteriormante mencionadas y no encontraron nada, por lo cual aparentemente se eliminaron las infecciones que pueden detectar. Espero que me puedan ayudar con este problema: la laptop tiene windows 10, su inicio es demasiado lento pese a que no tiene muchos programas de inicio, use el malwarebytes, adwarecleaner, malware antirootkit, zhpcleaner, y el glary utilities, las tipicas herramientas de mantenimiento que recomiendan, aunque el malwarebytes, el adware cleaner y el zhpcleaner limpiaron las infecciones, la laptop sigue con el mismo problema.
